Projects keep the chats for a goal or body of work together. Each project can provide reusable instructions and files to every chat in the project, so you do not need to repeat the same context in each conversation.

What you can do

Use a project to:
  • Group related analytics chats in one place.
  • Give Delphina persistent instructions for every project chat.
  • Upload files that every project chat can use as shared context.
  • Start a new chat with the project’s context already available.
  • Move chats you own into, between, or out of projects.
Projects are personal and scoped to the current workspace. Only you can view and manage your projects. A chat can belong to one project at a time, and moving a chat does not change that chat’s existing visibility.

Create a project

Open Projects

Select Projects in the sidebar. If the item is not visible, the beta has not been enabled for your account.

Create the project

Select + Create Project, enter a name, and select Create.

Add context

Add instructions, upload files, or both. You can update this context at any time.

Start a chat

Enter a question in the composer on the project page. The new chat is automatically added to the project.

Add shared instructions

Instructions tell Delphina how to work across every chat in the project. Use them for context and defaults that should remain consistent, such as:
  • The project’s purpose and intended outcome.
  • Business definitions, assumptions, and terminology.
  • Preferred methods, constraints, or output formats.
On the project page, find Instructions, select Edit, enter your guidance, and select Save. Markdown is supported, and instructions can contain up to 5,000 characters. Project instructions act as defaults. A specific request in a chat can override them. Updated instructions apply to subsequent turns; they do not rewrite earlier responses.

Add shared files

Files give every chat in the project a common set of reference material. Select Upload files, or drag files onto the Files section of the project page. You can download or remove a file from the same section. Upload limits:
  • Up to 100 files in one selection.
  • Up to 5 images in one selection.
  • Up to 3.75 MB per PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF image.
  • Up to 100 MB per other file.
If a file with the same name already exists in the project, Delphina asks whether to replace the existing version.

Move an existing chat

You can add only chats that you own.
  • From an open chat: Open the ⋯ menu, select Move to Project, and choose a project.
  • From Chats: Open the chat row’s ⋯ menu and choose a project.
  • From a project: Open the chat row’s ⋯ menu to move it to another project or select Remove from project.
Removing a chat from a project does not delete the chat. It remains available in Chats.

Manage or delete a project

Select the project name at the top of its page to rename it. To delete the project, open the ⋯ menu and select Delete. You must choose what happens to its chats:
  • Keep chats: The chats become unassigned and remain accessible.
  • Delete chats: The chats are deleted with the project.
