Organization admins manage access and roles. Users are invited to the organization and assigned roles per workspace.

Roles are per workspace. Organization admins can access all workspaces.

Inviting users

  1. Go to Org Admin > Users.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the email, select workspace(s) and role for each.
  4. Send the invitation.

Managing membership

Go to Org Admin > Users, find the user, click Edit to change workspace assignments or roles. Remove all assignments to remove a user.

Suggested questions

Admins configure starter questions that appear in new chats, per workspace:
  1. Go to Org Admin > Suggested Questions.
  2. Select the workspace, add or edit questions, save.
Use specific questions that reference documented metrics for best results.

Authentication

Delphina supports SSO through Google Workspace, Okta, and other SAML/OIDC providers. Configure at Org Admin > Authentication or contact the Delphina team.
