Roles
Roles are per workspace. Organization admins can access all workspaces.
Inviting users
- Go to Org Admin > Users.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter the email, select workspace(s) and role for each.
- Send the invitation.
Managing membership
Go to Org Admin > Users, find the user, click Edit to change workspace assignments or roles. Remove all assignments to remove a user.Suggested questions
Admins configure starter questions that appear in new chats, per workspace:- Go to Org Admin > Suggested Questions.
- Select the workspace, add or edit questions, save.
