# Explore Chat History

> Ask the analytics agent to find, compare, and reuse accessible prior Delphina analyses

The analytics agent can inspect prior Delphina chats. Ask it to find past work, read results, and use relevant analysis as context for your current question. This capability is available to all users. No setup is required.

## What you can do

Use chat history to:

* Find analyses by topic, workspace, person, date, status, or feedback.
* Summarize conclusions from several related chats.
* Compare a current result with earlier analysis.
* Reuse prior findings instead of repeating an investigation.
* Open a specific chat by sharing its Delphina chat URL.

The agent can inspect chat metadata, questions, final results, and individual turns when needed. It can use this context to answer your current question, but it does not change past chats.

## Ask about prior work

Ask directly in any analytics chat. Include a topic, time range, workspace, or person when you know it.

```text theme={null}
Find recent churn analyses. Summarize their conclusions, disagreements, and open questions.
```

```text theme={null}
What did we learn from chats that received negative feedback this past week?
```

```text theme={null}
Find pipeline coverage analyses from the Revenue Operations workspace between January 1 and March 31, 2026.
```

```text theme={null}
Summarize analyses created by alex@company.com in the past month about enterprise expansion revenue.
```

## How it works

The analytics agent has read-only access to chat history you can access. It can list matching chats within your listing scope, read their assembled transcripts and results, and inspect individual turns for more detail.

For broad requests, the agent first finds relevant chats from their metadata, then reads the most useful results. For a specific chat, share its URL so the agent can open it directly.

## Access and privacy

The agent uses your Delphina access. Listing depends on your role in each workspace. In workspaces where you have the Developer role, you can list all default-visible chats, matching the **All Chats** page. In other workspaces, you can list only your own chats. Any workspace member can open a default-visible chat by sharing its direct URL, while owner-only chats remain visible only to their owner.

The agent cannot send messages, change a chat, or delete chat history.
